We use very high quality, very strong embroidery thread that makes the personalization stand out beautifully. Our choices in lettering styles and colors are unique and can't be beat!
We ask for 5 extra weekdays to personalize. It then normally takes 1-5 business days after we ship to get to your door (barring unexpected FedEx or weather delays).
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, but are covered by our 10 year warranty! Please note that the bean bag itself is covered for 10 years, but the personalization itself is covered for 1 year. (Of course it can and probably will last well over 1 year, but sometimes threads are picked at or snagged by accident - that's just the nature of embroidery.)

Christmas Ordering: We ask for 7 days to personalize from Nov. 15 - Dec. 24. It normally takes 1-5 business days after that to reach you, barring transit delays. We suggest that you order personalized bean bag chairs as early as possible. Last year, we had to discontinue personalization early in December due to high demand. We couldn't keep up with the overwhelming number of personalized orders without risking shipping our bean bags late for the holidays. This year, we hope to be ready, but if demand is more than expected, we may not be able to offer personalization beyond early December.
