Please check our schedule below for hiccups in our normal shipping schedule. 

Our normal shipping policy: For the contiguous USA, orders leave our doors via FedEx ground service the next business weekday if payment is received by 4pm EST. After 4pm EST, orders will go out the door the 2nd day. Sometimes we may even ship earlier than these guidelines if possible! Add 5 extra weekdays for personalized items.  Add extra 2 weekdays for 52" size (made-to-order).  Refer to our Policies for detailed shipping information. 

Rarely, we may encounter unexpected issues such as equipment problems, which may cause shipping to be delayed.  Please refer to our delay exceptions below.
