Return or Exchange
To return or exchange an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
Then, contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to shipping. That's when we can also talk about your specific return needs.
You have 365 days from the order date to return your item in original condition. Too good to be true? Nope, we get less than 1% returns out of thousands of bean bags sold, so it's no big deal to give you a full year!
We don't accept returns or exchanges of custom or personalized orders, unless we are in error. You are responsible for the cost of shipping return products back to us. We suggest insurance as we are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items.
"Lil Me" doll-size bean bags may be returned within 30 days.

For returns within the contiguous USA, once the products are received in original condition, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment in the amount of the purchase price, less a portion of the original shipping cost. We will absorb the remaining original shipping costs.
For bean bag chairs: Up to 37" size = $25 each deducted, 52" size = $45 each deducted.
For "Lil Me" doll-size bean bags, unfilled bean bags, blankets, separate covers, and separate liners: $20 each deducted.
For refill: $55 each box deducted.
Please understand that we are not in the business of profiting from returns, and that we also pay for a portion of the shipping costs (only the shipping companies win). Other companies will charge you for the full shipping cost and even an extra restocking fee on top!
Our Guarantee: We will NEVER charge a restocking fee and will NEVER pressure you to keep anything you don't want (*subject to rules above).
Reminder: If you just want to change the style or color of your bean bag, just return the cover in original condition within the 365-day window for a different one (no need to spend money shipping back the whole bean bag). Please ensure the cover is in original, sellable condition before returning. You return the original cover to us, but we will waive the shipping cost of the new cover out to you, within the contiguous USA. This applies only to exchanges of covers. We will waive shipping on (1) exchange per bean bag.
For filling exchanges, please inquire.
Items Arrived Damaged
If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 business days for an immediate replacement (we need the time to file a claim with FedEx.) We pay to ship the damaged item back to us and to ship the replacement item back out to you.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order right up to the moment the order is actually out of our hands and already zooming away on the FedEx truck. You can cancel custom orders up until the time we start making it.
Our Guarantee: We will NEVER hassle you or pressure you about cancellations. We all change our minds sometimes! We will make EVERY reasonable effort to catch your order before it ships if you change your mind.

We will NEVER make you feel pressured to buy from us, and will do our best to point you in the right direction (even if that means another company).
