Praise for AHH Bean Bag Chairs

I don't normally pat myself on the back, but we received an amazing testimonial from a customer that I just had to share! Now, don't get me wrong, we treasure all customer feedback, but this one really made the entire staff smile as it came in as an actual letter via snail mail! Yes, snail mail! "Dear Customer Service Staff:I have purchased two bean bag chairs from your company: one for my daughter (Cuddle Soft Purple purchased in 2007), and one for my mother (Cuddle Soft Brown in 2009). When my sister mentioned that she wanted to buy bean bags for her two kids, I told her that she had to order from AHH Products because of the quality AND excellent customer service. As a result, she purchased two bean bags in 2008. Since then, I have exchanged a bean bag cover, and throughout that exchange, received only the highest level of customer service - much appreciated!My point with this letter is to not just thank you, but to commend you on the importance you place on 'personalized' customer service. I spoke to Lisa on several occasions regarding the exchange and she was nothing short of professional, kind, and extremely helpful. That type of service just isn't very common anymore.
